To add an out of office response or a signature to your Inbox messages go to the Inbox and press the Settings Cog button at the top right of the screen.

This will open the Inbox settings.

To add an Out of Office message that will automatically reply to incoming mail select Response On (1). A start and end date for the auto response can be added if required (2). Then enter the Subject (3) and Message (4) for your auto reply.

To add a signature enable the signature setting by selecting Signature On (5) and then add your Signature in the required field (6).

Once the auto response or signature has been set then press Save (7).
